Kai has over ten years’ experience in the design and project management of Civil Engineering works for urban development projects. Kai started at CW in the Perth office in 2010 before relocating to the Melbourne office in 2016.
What I enjoy about working at Cossill Webley
I enjoy working in land development as I get to work with people from a range of disciplines, from acquisition managers to town planners, hydrologists and contractors. Within CW, I enjoy our ingrained culture of being an enjoyable place to work. CW are a people first company who truly care about their employees.
Areas of expertise
Assisting clients with land acquisitions, development of road, drainage and services design for residential land development projects. Practical project management skills include team management, client liaison, contractor management, cost control, cost estimation, design reviews and the development of lump-sum civil works contracts.
Projects I’m proud of
Lendlease’s Averley project in Pakenham East, Victoria. The project requires significant upfront infrastructure and a meticulous earthworks and retaining walls strategy to work with the steep topography. I am proud to have played my part in bringing the project to life.
