Cossill & Webley’s involvement in the Golden Bay project extends back to 2008 when we were appointed to provide engineering inputs into the Structure Plan for the area. Development of the circa 1,500 lot project commenced on the ground in 2011 and is ongoing, with the entirety of the project having been designed & superintended by CW to date. The development is located in the suburb of Golden Bay, which sits adjacent the coastline south of Perth within the City of Mandurah.
The development adjoins existing residences to the north and south, as well as an existing Primary School, and along with new residential development has also delivered a new neighbourhood centre. Retention of existing sand dunes and vegetation, as well as integration of the development with the existing foreshore and beach are key aspects of the development.
