Urban Renewal Project of a processing factory into an award-winning residential development. Developed in an infill environment requiring protection of existing infrastructure and extending new infrastructure. Required remediation of contaminated soils and remediation of existing pond that is the centrepiece of the development. Having Won Best Residential Development Under 250 Lots in 2016, Eliza Ponds was the most awarded UDIA project in Western Australia in the past 3 years, with 4 Awards.
